Where to find inspiration?
No matter if you are a writing reviews, tutorials, designing a website or probably a logo, you need inspiration to keep going. But when you keep working for so many days, you gradually get uninspired. A lot of reasons might together make you feel, uninspired. After all, you should work productively.
I usually get disturbed by every possible distraction around me and when I lose my inspiration, I hardly do write anything. And that is why, I left a few of my projects earlier before a couple of months.
This might sound odd. But trust me, you can’t work without inspiration. But where to find inspiration? It is everywhere around you. You just need to find it out.
Read Books
The habit of reading can help you in unlimited ways. I know, most of you love reading and if not, you might not be reading this. So, when you read a lot of books, you are exposed to different worlds; romance, fiction, science, biographies and everything. Trust me, you can really learn a lot.
Enjoy The Nature
Maybe, you’re still sitting idle in front of your desk because you haven’t felt the nature, yet. Look outside your window; the nature is full of the best art forms and art, is the best thing that can ever inspire you. In case, if you are a writer, you may want to write a poem on every bit of nature. The mountains, the old-huge tree, shed leaves and the unending flow of the rivers.
Most of the people love to work, sitting in a beautiful place. Probably, on a seashore or in a park surrounded with beautiful trees all around. Whatever it is! When you have a pleasant and a beautiful atmosphere, it inspires you and keeps you motivated. Your productivity grows and so does your skills. DIY, enjoy it.
TED
Ideas worth spreading. TED has been working with this motto since 1984 and been spreading ideas all over the world. The best part about this is, you can watch the videos of all the TEDTalks on their site. Whenever I feel like not doing anything, I keep watching TEDTalks for an hour and hours. That really matters a lot. People like Bill Gates, Seth Godin who need no introduction are among the TED speakers and you can watch their TEDTalks on the site or even on their YouTube channel.
My favorite TEDTalks include-
Boaz Almog “leviates” a super conductor
TEDxSSN – Dr. Pawan Agrawal – Mumbai Dabbawalas
Here are some of the best TEDTalks ever. You might be interested in

Be Alone
Sometimes, being alone for some time really boosts up your inspiration. Sit alone in a beautiful and delighting place where you can enjoy the beauty of sprawling nature. Do not let anything disturb you; switch off your phone (this is hardly more than enough). Don’t think of anything and just relax. Let your brains have a rest. Enjoy the feeling of thinking about nothing.
Sharing
When you share your ideas with your friends, there’s nothing to lose. Besides, you’ll additionally get to know few more ideas other than yours. So, share your knowledge with others and improve it.
“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas” – George Bernard Shaw

Very well written Koundeenya… Throughly enjoyed reading your article. Keep them coming.
Way to go my boy…
Hi Koundeenya,
Well that was a good post with lots of great suggestions.
I guess I never really thought about it but I get my inspiration just from reading other people’s posts. They are either teaching me something I’ve wanted to learn or perhaps I’m seeing questions from others that I know I can answer. I really seldom run out of things to write about and I know that for those that do then perhaps they are blogging about the wrong things.
I find my inspiration by helping others. There are so many people online who just need a little help and guidance. I’m hoping to be that person who can steer them in the right direction or give them that one thing they needed to know. That has made my day if I’m able to provide that.
Thank you for sharing this Koundeenya and I know that a lot of people find their inspiration from just taking a break and going for a walk. I’ve come up with some great ideas doing that myself.
Enjoy your weekend and here is wishing you a very Happy New Year!
